Is Canada Customs required to notify you of seizure???

Does anyone know if Canada Customs has to notify you if your shipment has been recieved? Wondering because I've been waiting like a month for a kit from china. It was handed over to customs 05/July.

call the company who u bought from they can find out if its been seized and it is most likey seized cause its been long time unless u ordered airmail which can take 35 business day.

I know the feeling all too well of not having any clue as to what is going on.. and only seeing handed over to customs as the last update.. :*(

im ordered from ruyandirect.com joye 510 black kit with 30ml choco no nico e-juice and 10 blank carts it was shipped on friday and i thought would get it today since everyone else got it on 7th day so i guess mine gonna be a bit later hopefully tomorrow cause i dont wanna wait until monday . the ems and canada post tracking doesnt update since it said left the origin-china.

It says left country as last entry?

If Customs has it, it tracking data *should* it indicate it arrived in Canada and got handed over to Customs for inspection. Itsthehost, have you asked the vendor what's up? EMS may have just lost the order before it even gotten to Canada.

From what I've seen Dracor, I wouldn't worry yet.

I've emailed ruyandirect.com hopefully nothing happen to it. but if something happen to it and i get refunded i will be ordering from happy vaper cost more but at least it will be fast shipping and no custom to check.

oh man it never even left the china custom returned the package to ruyandirect.com and they reshipped it
