Is CASAA Capable of Dealing With Criticism?

Hmm... In my experience the board has been quite receptive to criticism both during member meetings as well as via email. For a volunteer run org I think they handle things quite well actually. I have never been ignored when emailing a critique or concern regarding CASAA or how CASAA was handling an issue. I have also been to most of the member meetings and the few times a member has brought up a concern or criticism it has been talked about openly and not summarily dismissed. I do believe CASAA can take critcism quite well actually.
