I have done it several times. I currently have two eGo-C batteries and if the led light is light blue or dark blue indicating battery is getting low I will put it on the charger before I go to sleep so I have a fully charged battery when I wake up. I haven't noticed the battery dying any faster than normal, and it will last me pretty much the entire day and night, and if I'm vaping a lot I have my other one for backup :) About to get an eGo Twist or a Provari or hell, maybe both. Feel like I'm missing out on a better vaping experience without a variable voltage device. Hope that helped you :)

Define "fully charge".
I leave my iPhone to charge overnight and sometimes up to 24hrs, No problems.

Fully charged there really means Overcharged I think.
Most chargers (or all ?) are smart chargers that either shut off at 4.2 volts or switch to some sort of trickle charge.

I think what they mean is just not to hook some wires to a power source and pump the battery with all the juice it can take.

I've been using AW batts for over two years. My oldest current ones are 5 AW IMR 18650 that I've been rotating since November 2010. I use a Pila charger (also two years old) and it charges to 4.18 every time and I pull the batts from the mod anywhere between 3.5 and 3.6 usually. I think smart mods like the pro-vari shut down when the battery reaches 3.3 volts.

Anyway for the OP you can charge anytime you want. Sometimes mine are still at 4.0 volts and I throw them back on to top off up to 4.2 again. And since they are still going two years later after being used every single day I can say that no harm will come.

I also leave them on the Pila charger overnight as well (sometimes longer if I forget) with no issues.

That shouldn't be a problem as long as you turn off the device while it is charging. Leaving the Iphone, or any other device, turned on during charging will cause a parasitic drain, which could confuse the charging system, and in turn eventually damage the battery.

If you read the provided link, it indicates that less than full charge extends battery life (additional cycles) with the a small trade off in the usage time. There is a chart

I know you said "any other device" but I just want to add that it especially applies to laptops and those batteries are very expensive to replace. The laptop always operates from the battery, if the battery is installed, so if they are left plugged in while turned on, after the battery gets full charge they will constantly cycle and significantly shorten the battery life. Unplug after fully charged OR remove the battery while it is plugged in (and lose anything not saved if someone pulls the plug, Lol)! It does make a difference in battery life.

I beg to differ. iPhones auto stops battery charging when battery is full and charger supplies power to the phone directly bypassing battery. Try turning off your iPhone and plug it into a charger, it will auto boot-up.

Multi as in I can screw 2 510's into it, and let them charge simultaneously. Maybe I'll have to invent something. Which would be rather fun!

You're too late! It's already been done. They are available at many places but here is an example.

https://www.cignot.com/product_p/510-10h-chg.htm

Some people screw adapters onto the 510 charger connections so they can charge any battery by just screwing the battery on instead of; finding the adapter, screwing it onto the battery, then screwing the battery onto the charger.

Relax, Enjoy!
