Yup, they're reliable, and even if you do have an issue with something that you receive by all accounts their customer service is fantastic. I got exactly what I ordered from them and it all works great. You do need to know what you're buying though, some of the stuff is generic but you can easily tell because it won't have a brand name, like the EVOD vs the Kanger EVOD. Also, for being an overseas company, the shipping is pretty quick, about 1-2 weeks depending on their stock.

Alright... If you need something right now as of this moment.. I would say , no.. two weeks (7-10possible ) on delivery.

Some people say they have no prob with them... get orders , minor mishaps and if things need to be addressed , fasttech has taken care of them.

I have read some that had problems with items delivered wrong ... order this but got that. Order this and got someone elses stuff. Order product and got a product in the same product line, but was not the exact model ordered. Most posters were just venting but for the most part, fasttech took care of them outside of the inconvenience of waiting more time.

I for one would say select a small quantity of product as a test run... cross-your fingers and prepare to stalk the mail box.

My two cents.. hope this helps..

I'm on my fourth order with them in two months, (about $300). I had one order about 7 days the rest have been 10-12 days. Notice on some items it will say this item ships in xx days. I just realized the whole order is on hold till then and it ships. Tracking is great, i see it get to San Fransico and im breathe easier anyways. I buy 5 and ten packs of stuff and take it to work. I have never come home with anything left over. Had some cheap ce4's that didn't last to long, but also some SS rba's i couldn't get a drill bit through. I like them for what they have.

Haven't had any issues with them that they didn't take care of. On one order they left our a bottle of Liqua but packing slip showed it was included. Placed a support ticket and they offered to ship it immediately by itself, or add it to my next order. Was about to place another order anyway, so opted to add it to the next order. So far I have ordered batteries, a KTS, a MVP, several newbie kits, various RDA's, several bottles of Liqua eliquid, and a few other non vape related items from them. Have been happy with everything I've gotten. Generally I have my orders in 8-10 days, unless it is an item that shows a late shipment date. Be aware that if you place an order that includes even one item that states 'ships in 4 days', your whole order will be held until that item is in it. I typically break up my orders based on what the 'ships in' time is on the item description page.

Had to check some numbers.. Yep I've made 10 orders from them now. 2 are due in: Last one last night and have conformation, previous one was Thursday and have tracking.

Just like any place you order from, You have to look at what you are ordering. FT states when an item will ship on the item page, and if you check their FAQ, you need to add 2 days to that ship date. Many times, they ship faster. All my order have been here between 9 and 12 days from order. Hell, I've had a place 300 miles from me not ship for 2 weeks after the order, for a priority order!
Even if they took longer to get an order out, I would order from them. I started ordering from places (and the same stuff) that did take 5 weeks from order to door (Price Angels, T-Mart, Zainy, etc..)

Everything is covered by a warranty by FT! 6 Month Warranty. (Yea, they need to pay me Ad fees, right?)

Once your order is shipped, you have access to a picture of the package. If they knowingly do not include an item, they tell you and arrange shipment for that item. If they really screw up and your stuff is missing or damaged, they want a picture of it, and returns are sent to a Fl address.

Is everything exactly as it states? Not always. Do they sell knock offs and clones? Yes. Do they sell the "real thing"? In many cases, Yes! Read the descriptions. If it says Kanger Evod, it's a Kanger Evod. If it says Evod.. it's not a Kanger..
(Hey VAMO is made by 12 companies in China.. They are all knockoffs of each other.. Get over it! They all work or return it!)

So "Is Fasttech reliable?"

More so than many places!

Meant to add... and this is common sense so I imagine you already know... Dealing with international orders especially but any internet order is a good idea anyway to protect your financials. Use any method at your disposal,, paypal is ok but still can be vulnerable so with international orders it would be best to go to your bank and get one of the cards that you can load money on... I usually develop my list... get a ballpark of what my total may be and add 10 to 15 percent based on the possibility of late add ons.... This way, If your card gets infiltrated , your not using your normal CC or Debit card which can result in a seizure or freeze on your accounts during the investigation ... Plus, international purchases that result in an investigation can take quite a bit longer to resolve to get your money back. No harm, no foul with the use of a disposable charge card!!

Just a suggestion because a lot of folks have escalated more and more erports of things showing up as charges that they don't recognize in their account activity and the only primary internet purchases they know that they make deal with vaping.

Keep an eye out... SB

I ordered and received a stainless vamo kit in 12 days. Everything was wrapped carefully and works as it should. Can't beat free shipping and their 6-month replacement policy. Also the return address is here in the US. Hopefully I won't have to use it but that is very reassuring. Yes, I definitely would order from them again.
