Okay, I finally made the jump. Today I ordered more stuff than I thought I would need and then I started watching MistressNomad's videos, and found out I can use an atomizor and something else (cart, I think) with the model I ordered. (kr808D-1 I think).

So far I have ordered:
The ultimate starter kit from Vapor4Life
A spare extra long battery (that gives me 3)
15 extra various flavored cartos
5 blank cartos
30ml of wintergreen juice

And now I keep thinking I need more juices and the atomizer and whatever else it was...

All before I try vaping again :p

Is that normal? :p

Welcome to vaping.

After a couple weeks you will begin looking at mods as well.

At that point the poverty really begins. If you learn to DIY your own juice you MIGHT not need to sell a kidney for a couple months. You can live with only one kidney....

Welcome to ECF and Happy Vaping (cuz you won't be able to afford much else)

For some reason I've gotten addicted to buying batteries. It started when I lost BOTH my batteries from my starter kit in about a week and half after I'd had them for a few months. I had received my replacement for the first just in time to lose the second one! Since then I've ordered 3 more, and waiting on my fourth! They're like cars, each one has a different feel even if it's the same type and size.
I'm also still in that phase of ordering at least 5 flavors of cartomizers each time I order. I'm finally started to whittle it down to a few favorites that I'll start ordering full time though I think!

Ya, start a little box labeled "Things I don't need, after all". Maybe you can give them to a friend just starting out.

As an only slightly more experienced user may I suggest that you check around the forum to see what others have to say about purchases you are drawn to before you buy anything. Sometimes it saves me from spending more than I can afford.

Good luck.

Trust me, you guys (and gals) have already saved me a bunch of money. Now I am thinking just a sampler kit of flavors from freedomsmokes and call it good. At least until I get my ecig

Of course, when I told my roommate what I'd done, now he's thinking about it...and YAY then I can shop for him (since everything I bought is purple or lilac lol), then I can spend his money on lots of really cool flavors

I got my roommate into vaping, which is great for him because I buy all the stuff and he just mooches off my ever-growing battery and cartomizer collection for free. We've had two totally different experiences though; he keeps falling off the wagon and going back to regular cigs, I started vaping and haven't looked back!

Congratulations and I hope you like vaping as much as I do!
