is it really 1 cartomizer (0.8ml) = 1 pack analogs?

No way it equals a pack. Vendors often say that to make them sound cheaper than they are. You can, however, buy some extra juice and top off the cartridges, and reuse them until they die. That's the good news. If you can't pry off the top and drip more juice in, you can get a cheap syringe and fill through the top hole. If you don't have a syringe, most of the juice vendors sell them or you can get one at a pharmacist.

1 Marlboro Red Pack = 1 cartomizer (0.8ml) 24 mg nicotine

No it's not , and about the 24 mg , they consider that so close from the strength of Mralboro red , but as I smoked MR for 13 years or more I feel that 24 mg of nicotine is over MR strength . " Even that am using 24mg "

So I believe that any thing between 18-22 mg will bea near MR

I suppose a carto could equal a pack, if the person is the very lightest of smokers. The type that takes 4 or 5 puffs on a cigarette, and the major part of it burns in the ashtray. I don't know many smokers like that, other than my gf. She is a very light smoker. A prefilled V2 carto will last her a day and a half. For the average smoker, who takes 12 to 15 puffs on a cigarette, no, a carto doesn't equal a pack. It's a common advertising ploy that several suppliers state; and it's misleading.
