FDA Is it time to send the email?

I've never been good at this sort of thing so I don't really know who to send it too. I want to help the fight, just need some guidance on what to say and who to say it to. I'm in Oregon.. And slightly embarrassed.

Welcome to the fight. In this particular one, an email won't be enough. There is a proscribed comment website where you can submit your comments. From what I understand, you are only allowed one. So, we have been asked to wait a bit while CASAA puts together a call to action where they will lay out the points for us to comment on. There will be lots of information forthcoming, just be patient.

In the meantime, if you're not a member, it's free to become one, and you will also get e-mail updates, not only on the FDA regulations, but for any legal actions going on in your state.

There is a congressman on the Energy & Commerce Committee from Oregon, Greg Walden, which oversees the FDA.

If Mr. Walden is your congressperson, that's perfect. If he isn't send a letter to him and your representative right after you comment on the FDA's proposed regulations. Regulations.gov
