Hello everyone! Let's start you off with a little bit of backstory, I started off my vaping journey with a KGO starter kit, It was love at first vape and I went from a pack of smokes every couple of days to not a single one once that delicious vapor hit my tongue. I was pretty happy with it for the first week or so while my lungs cleared out and I got used to vaping. And this is where I hit my downfall, As I got more and more used to vaping I found the throathit which started out so excellent quickly escaped my grasped. and I felt that it was time to move on to bigger and better things.
Next up I went to a Vision Twist 2, The improved everything was amazing at first, Variable Voltage was lovely, and my new Kanger Evod tanks worked like a dream come true. I started off using just 3.8 Volts but quickly moved up to my battery never leaving 4.8 unless I got a burnt taste, The throat hit lasted for a long time but once again, as I got more and more used to the Spinner, the throat hit got farther and farther away.
Instead of jumping up to another new battery I decided to try different tanks, CE4's was what came with the KGO and they were pretty awful on the twist. The Evods I loved, so I wanted to stick with them, I picked up some TS3's and these little guys worked wonders for a while, But once again throat hit kept eluding me. I've tried higher nic contents, different brands and kinds of juices anything I could think of. But nothing lasts forever.
My latest accuisition was a Nautilus Mini, After reading all the reviews online I couldn't say no. This sounded like it would be the answer to all my dreams. I've had it for a few days now, Vapor Production is great on it but throat hit is rather lackluster I find. I haven't gotten a hit as good as my T3's while I was getting used to them and tastes leaves something to be desired. At first I blamed the Tank, But now I'm beginning to feel like it's not actually the problem. That perhaps the problem i'm having, is the twist. It's almost feeling like the nautilus has potential within it, That the Twist just can't bring out. "If I can only turn the volts a little further I would be at a nice spot"
And that leads us to right now. Is it time for me to upgrade my Twist and buy myself a mod? Will doing so finally get me that throat hit I long after so? Or is it going to be another fancy new toy that will leave me disappointed after a while?
If the answer to upgrade is a big yes! Where should I go? What should I upgrade too? I'd rather not spend too much as I feel like this hobby of mine is starting to grow out of hand. I've heard many great things about the MVP 2.0 Would this be a worthwhile investment? Or should I aim myself and my aspirations elsewhere?
Thanks for reading this and any help you may offer me!
TL : DR - Throat hit eludes me, Think it's time to upgrade from my Vision Spinner 2 and enter the wonderfull world of mods. Is it worth it and what should I get? I heard good things about the MVP 2.0
