I still occasionally use an old Aspire ET-S glassomizer with the new BVC coil and never had a gurgling or leaking problem. It's a really good vape nearly as good as the Nautilus. I vape 30 pg and 70 vg which works well with the BVC coils. If you vape very thin eliquids this might be getting too much juice into the coil chamber thus causing the gurgling. More than likely though the problem is too tight a draw which also gets too much juice into the coil chamber. I believe that you need more airflow but I am not experienced enough to tell you how to increase the airflow. Maybe one of our more seasoned members can help with how to increase the airflow.
As a last resort you might consider checking with your local shop for a solution.

Isn't that the beauty of the Nautilus? That you can easily adjust the airflow?

best regards, larry mac

My first step up from a cigalike will be the istick and nautilus mini combo (will arrive before my MVPv2 does). All of the volt-ohm-watt stuff is dizzying for me, no idea even after watching a few tutorials on it. I'd rather not burn through the bvc coils super fast, so I suppose I should keep researching. Still, super excited to get this thing and start really vaping!

I just got an istick as my first battery, as I am fairly new to vaping. It goes up to 20watts with a voltage of 3.5-5.5, it may just me stay of cigarettes for good too, lovely little device.

Do you mind sharing what vendor you got it from....everything i see is pre order or too expensive
Thanks

It's good lots of people are happy with the istick, I'm not one of them. :( With the Nautiilus Mini 1.8 ohm it is to my pallet painfully HOT vapor and tastes burnt in no time at all. I really wanted the istick to work so I bought a Kanger Protank 2 and 2.8 ohm coils. 2.8 ohm was an improvement but any hesitation on the draw and bam burn for the top half of the battery charge, once the charge approaches 1/2 I get no vapor and have to crank the watts from the lowest setting to ~8 and it works sort of OK.

At this point I don't trust it, and won't use it. Quite sad because the form factor is excellent. Thankfully bought at a B&M, I'm hoping to return it for an in store credit. I couldn't feel good about selling or gifting it.

You might want to check-out evape.us because they just listed the iStick for $34.99 and it includes the ego adapter, micro usb charging cable, usb wall charger and free shipping. They also have very good prices on Nautilus tanks and the new BVC coils.
I have no vested interest in evape.us but I have talked with Dave the owner several times over the phone and via email and he is really a class guy.

You're not alone. A lot of people are upset about that.

Let's hope the V2 will be better. And Joyetech engineers should be ashamed of themselves.

Would this eleaf istick recommended for newbie users? I like this because of the small size and saw the picture on the previous page. Looks really nice. :)

I would recommend it, it is a case of being inexpensive so if there is something that you on't like about it, it didn't put you out all that much money. I really enjoy it, if anything my dripper is the biggest problem that I have, which is not a fault of the battery.
