Is my first e-cig purchase a bust? Or is there any hope for me?

thank you for answering so quickly. You are helping me so much. I ordered a purple metal sleeve for the Vivi Nova and an eGo thread sleeve type B for the Vision. Do I need a thread sleeve for the Vivi Nova, too?

Since you have the Mini on the way I think these are the only ones readily available Search Results : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more The full size version tubes where available when I ordered my full size unit, they are easier to find because the mini is newer and the full size is more widely distributed.

The "sleeve" I was talking about in a previous post is just a ring that screws on between the battery and the nova. It screws over the connection on the outside. It's really just for looks (and perhaps to protect the stem of the tank which sticks up a little). It's not an adaptor.

ETA: Yeah, ^ what he said.

Okay, everything is ordered! Thank you so much for hanging with me until I got the hang of this. I just keep telling myself it will be so worth it. I'm very exited.

Now off to bed, it's after 11 pm here and I wake up at 5:30 am to get 3 grumpy boys up for school!

Thank you again, I can't tell you have helpful you have all been! "see" you soon!

Wait a sec., I think we're talking about 2 different things. There are colored metal tubes for the body of the nova tanks (they replace the clear ones they come with) for using with juices that may react to the plastic, then there are "sleeves" that are cosmetic and screw on to cover the space between the battery and the bottom of the nova. See? Clear as mud.

Probably too late...but I think type D here would be better for mini ViviNova assuming the air vent is also located on the connection.

I'm using type C for my regular ViviNova, the indentation on the thread sleeve allows better air flow since the air vent is on the connector. Wasn't sure if that'll be an issue on the mini version, but it's fine if you don't experience any tight draw. :vapor:

That's why I'll check into the one you posted. If I tighten the sleeve completely on mine it does block the airflow, so I leave it a little loose - but I hardly tighten anything with e-cigs - just enough to make a connection.

LOL, I also only tighten them loosely due to concern of damaging the threads, so I suppose having the indentations won't matter that much.

If i was you I might look at the kgo vv with a vivi nova tank the nova mini is the same size as the bat and it wont leak on you. the bat is a VV device and is able to use while charging. witch is a + in my book. its cheap 25.99. has a lcd screen so you know what your set at and a bat light so you know when its about to die. If you want to to stay slim then the mini vivi noa tank and the 3ml adapter and the kgo vv looks pretty good. this site has really fast shipping got my order in 3 days and the customer service was great.

here is the bat link if you want to look at it
KGO V.V. 650mAh
heres the adapter for the mini nova or the mega nova. you do not have to have them it just cleans up the look
Adapter for Dual Coil Tanks
slim nova
Vision Nova Tank Clearomizer V3 Slim
mega nova
Vision Nova Tank Clearomizer V3 Mega

link to see what it looks like and how it works what the adapters look like and do.
Kgo vv Battery 3.0-6.0 volts review - YouTube

if your not wanting to change bats then investing in a tank would be a good ideal the vivi nova tanks taste great. super easy to fill and replace the heads. i love my nova.

I wish I could give all of y'all a big hug for all the help!

I got my Vision eGo in the mail today along with my Vision vivi mini Nova. I put the Vision on first because I'm still waiting for the metal sleeve for the vivi.

I LOVE the Vision eGo! I will definitely be ordering more! Thanks again!

Everyone here is the best!!
