Just received a notice from Paypal.
They are changing the chargeback terms to following.
We're increasing the time for buyers to file merchandise disputes (Item Not Received and Significantly Not as Described) from 45 days to 180 days.
So basically someone can buy something and to 6 months later if it breaks down they can say that it
was "Significantly not as Described" and make a charge back.
Are they insane? Or is anyone who would sell using them now insane?
