Is Provape in danger of becoming like Blackberry?

Hence the problem with most Provari threads (as well a typical thread with personal opinions) and to some degree the world today..... An "ATTACK" is not when someone challenges business decisions, what I have seen are personal opinions on what different users would have liked to see from the P3 as well as what users are happy with......

An attack would be Pearl Harbor or if someone were to threaten harm against someone or a company ;)

My goal is for the consumer to WIN.

Thanks Rick...

You got my vote!

What should I buy after I sell my Provi?

Thanks, Jim

I have no idea regarding the demise of Provape, if I did I would jump into the stock market. I will buy the P3 because I I like the V2.5 that I have. I like the new feature of variable wattage. Twenty watts well exceeds my preferences by more than double. The company may well go down the tubes due to its "antiquated" thinking but the device itself will continue to serve me for years to come.

PS: I have a flip phone and I make actual phone calls on it; can you imagine that?. I guess I like antiquated products because I am antiquated myself.

I'd be lying if I said that I didn't like new stuff (I upgrade my phones IMMEDIATELY at 22 months). But, like you, the DNA12 was overkill for my needs. So power doesn't play into MY decisions on PV's. Performance, look, feel, weight - those are the things that are important to ME.

The great thing is I've no shortage of options. And my batteries and juice last a pretty long time. I like that.

You are kidding Provape makes a Titanium mod? That could rise the temperature on this thread.

GET outta town!!!! Betch'ya it's pretty OK too.

I have a MVP2 and it's a year old but now it's collecting dust. As you would say it's way under powered.

You were WAITING for something along those lines, weren't you? ;)

I really like my VaporShark rDNA. PBusardo recommended it and, well, it is great. Smaller, stealthier, really solid feel and the battery is replaceable even though it uses a mini USB to charge. Also, on the website they have a rubber sleeve that is much better than a wrap.

I like those too. Small, reliable. Nice mods, decent price (very similar to Provi). If I needed anything else, that would be at the top of my list.

they do need to produce something new
I have a provari 2 and there is no temptation to get a p3
they need 2 more buttons for up and down
and 40w would help along with a better amp draw limit than 5 or is it 5.3 now
would then make it a viable option

They upped it to 5.5 amp and made some changes to the menu to make easier to adjust.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't get one if I were you either. One of the DNA40's are a great fit though. Seen the new Flasks?

yeah I see that, instead of having to go from the power up menu to the power down menu when you over shoot the setting you want
you now have to wait a few seconds for the power down arrow to appear, change it
then a few seconds for the power up arrow to appear, then a few seconds to store the setting
that with half an amp increase over the beta might just swing it for me now ;)
all joking aside I do like the reliability of the provape stuff but the p3 is not a big enough jump from the 2 to make it an option for me
obviously ymmv
