 Labeling is bit better here I see.

FWIW Tap water is often purer than bottled water.
Don't you argue for regulations and standards enforcement for e-juice?

Just for grins 15 Outrageous Facts About The Bottled Water Industry

I doubt any water reasonable choice is dangerous in this application. I think the danger is not from pathogens in this application which is what everyone seems to be worrying about. So worry about the right stuff ok
So do you think bottled water which possibly contains heavy metals would be safe to use in an eliquid mix?

Haha so do you think it would be safe to vape a slight amount of heavy metals? Would it be dangerous to use bottled water or would it be fine, and haha thats funny

I dunno?

I know if you go out onto the Internet, you can Find something Bad about Anything. And it May or May Not be True for what you Actually use.

So Heavy Metals found in some Bottled Waters seems like No Surprise. Probably can find Something Bad about some Distilled Water if one looked Hard Enough. LOL.

But I do think that One needs to put it into Perspective.

If there are Indeed Heavy Metals in the Bottled Water that I buy in My Area, what Level, in Parts Per Million (PPM) or Parts Per Billion (PPB) is present? And at what Threshold does something Become a Problem?

Because ''sola dosis facit venenum". Which Loosely Translates to "[It's] the Dose that Makes the Poison".

I've got a Bad Suspicion that I inhale more Toxins when I take my Mourning Shower the I do from the 10 ~ 12 Drops of Water that is in my Daily Allotment of e-Liquid.

But I keep a Brave Face. And somehow make it thru my Day.

Yes i see your point, i agree that there probably wouldnt be any issues involved with a little amount of heavy metals being inhaled. I will just buy purified water and also use the simmer method to be safe. Thanks for all of the help

Toxicity is all about dosage levels so it depends.
I see it as an easily avoidable potential risk is all.
The problem with heavy metals is they are cumulative over your entire lifetime and they are extremely nasty after a certain level.

It is probably a tempest in a teapot, enjoy your juice.

Yeah this is definetely true, i personally dont smoke but i know that the health problems with smoking would be much worse that vapourising, even with a little amount of heavy metals and other things like this.

all this fuss about distilled water... at 1 ml a day consumption thru vaping, it would take weeks worth of vaping to build up enuf "chemicals" on the coil wick to even amount to anything....
here is a simple test... take a large pot of water and let it simmer down to almost nothing, turn off the heat and let the rest evaporate. take a look at the bottom of the pot and see just how little "crud" shows up... it would take a lifetime of vaping to capture the same amount in a coil/wick... if you used the same coil/wick for that long :)

If there is any concern it is about what does not stay in the pot.
If it is on/in the pot/coil it is not in someone's lungs/body.

Saline solution is another option that some like.

The Scots may not be entirely content with it, but they still part of the EU.

And a runaway bureaucracy like the EU that regulates the bend angle of bananas, the hole diameter in salt shakers, surely got thick folder of fine print where it's regulated down to the last molecule when tap, bottled or other water is deemed fit for human consumption...

Seems they are doing away with the heavy metal testing :
GMP News: Current Ph.Eur. Requirements on Pharmaceutical Water

Conductivity tests... sounds scary... conductivity can come from something as benign as gold ... or something as unhealthy as lead...
