I ordered a Joye 510 starter kit from them on Sunday. They called me and left a voicemail on monday that I forgot to put my address on order (thanks google chrome form auto fill for leaving the most vital part of the form blank), so they asked me to get back to them with it.
I called twice on monday their 1-800 number and left two voicemails, and I sent an e-mail today. Everytime I asked them to get back with me to let me know they got my message and address, but I've heard nothing.
They sent me an e-mail saying it shipped, but the tracking # doesn't work. Maybe that's a good clue suggesting they got my message.
Anyone use them before?
