Is the eGo a good choice?

Ahh, highping's simple cart mod makes my ego a real joy, like dripping, and consistent vape til cart is dry. No leaks for me either.

Happy Vaper sells the eGo kit for $100 and I was wondering if its a good choice... I live in Canada so I don't think I have many places to chose from. I've never tried e-cigarettes before and want something solid enough to not break if I drop it. Some people have been suggesting the 501 but it seems that the eGo is good with battery life. What do you guys think?
