The short answer is no.
I have, use, and am happy with both. There are some issues with the Sigelei that could bother you. For me, the major one is size. The Sigelei is larger than the Evolv model. Some people have had to sand their clones down in order to get them to fit into certain mods. The Sigelei doesn't have the low-battery warning; some people don't mind this, but I wish it had it. With the low-battery warning on the Evolv, you know it's time to change batteries. With the Sigelei, it's possible you have to change batteries or it's possible you have a short -- there's no way to definitely know. Depending on how thick the mod is, you can hear the clone pulsing; this doesn't bother me, but it bothers some users. The Evolv model is coated with plastic, which helps it slide into mods and gives it a bit of protection. Lastly, the connected on the clone is a simple pin, while the Evolv uses a springy wire that can be move so that you can assure a contact point.
For the price, the Sigelei works well and I'm glad I have a few, but if I had to buy another device like this again, it would be an Evolv Kick.
