While the POLICY is clear, there are several instances in which ProVape has effected a repair without even requesting any documentation of purchase. You certainly can't promise this as a seller - or EXPECT it as a buyer - but the fact is that ProVape's proven repeatedly that they are FAR MORE than fair about supporting their product.

It seems as though if a device requires repair, they repair it - and if it's a repair that wasn't OBVIOUSLY caused by the user, then they take responsibility for it.

It's one of the reasons a used ProVari is a good deal and a safe purchase.
There's a lot of devices that I simply won't buy used - but a ProVari I would...

True enough, but I still wish they'd officially recognize the warranty transfer. I spent quite a while fretting about it before snagging my Provari of the classifieds, and even now I worry about it a lot. It's only happened a few times, but whenever I see an error code (always E1 followed by E2 when I don't get an atty seated right) I get all panicky about the $170 I spent on this thing.

I don't regret buying a Provari, but I do kind of regret getting a used one. It would have cost me another $50+ to get a new one, but the warranty would have been a load off my mind.

Man...I wish I only had such simple things to fret over...
First world problems. Gotta love them!

Trust me, I have a lot bigger things to worry about, just like everybody else. Which is why it would have been nice to not have to worry about having to buy a new Provari, which frankly I can't afford right now anyway. The only reason I have a used one right now is because I can pay PayPal back over the next couple months. Otherwise I was just going to save up money for a P3 when they come out.

chances are, you won't need the warranty.
