It would come out to almost $100 cheaper than buying a preassembled version. I wouldn't have the option of different tubes for different size batteries, but I only use 18650, so that doesn't bother me.

You'll actually be better off buying the solid tube... each new contact point adds resistance/voltage loss to the circuit. So the solid tube would provide a better vape than the kit with extensions.

I'm sure the threads(hopefully none of the inside of the tube) won't be painted.. since you're getting it from a company that's been around the block and knows about that sort of stuff..but it wouldn't hurt to inquire about that.

Ok, yeah I see what you mean now. Had to enlarge the picture.

I'll just buy the silver one and have a friend of mine powdercoat it to match the black. Still saving me almost $100, and it'll still be authentic.

Its not powder coated it is anodized aluminum. It is doubtful you will get the same tone and texture without the same pigmentation and anodizatio process that Atmomixani uses. Even their brushed technique is damn near impossible to replicate.

Btw a solid aluminum tube adds little benefit aside from aesthetic.

The v drop on nemesis is damn near nil. .01-.04 on a .5 ohm load is pretty dang ridiculous. Even in 18650 with kick ring your still getting almost the full power from your lithium cell

Oh I know. I just prefer the black version and they don't sell that as the full nemesis. I have a black clone and all my attys are black, I like for things to match.
