The easiest, best, safest, and most convenient exercise to get rid of the belly is simply to suck it in! :D What you do is suck it in and hold it for a count of ten. Do this many times a day and you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll see a difference.

You can make rules for yourself:

  • Make a rule that when you get up in the morning and right before you go to bed, you have to suck in your gut.
  • Make a rule that every time you brush your teeth you have to suck in your gut.
  • Make a rule that every time you brush or comb your hair you have to suck in your gut.
  • If you drive a lot, make a rule that every time you see brake lights or come to a red light, you have to suck in your gut.
  • If you shop a lot, make a rule that every time you see a dollar sign you have to suck in your gut.
  • If you have children, make a rule that every time they say, "But Mom..." or "But Dad..." you have to suck in your gut.
  • If you walk long distances, make a rule that every time you cross a street you have to suck in your gut.
  • If you argue a lot, make a rule that every time you or the other person says "the" you have to suck in your gut.
  • If you're a police officer, make a rule that every time you write someone a ticket you have to suck in your gut.
  • Etc., etc., etc.
Enjoy!

You cant just lose weight in one place you have to lose it all over. The first thing that will probably go will be your gut if thats where you store most of your fat. The best thing to do is to get on a body builders diet. It will help you maintain the muscle you have and lose the fat you want to. Just google Body builders grocery list. Yes I am not a personal trainer but I have studied it for a long time. I know all about dieting and working out if you have any more questions just pm me.

My son-in-law is a personal trainer. On top of that my daughter is a Physical Therapist. When I go to N. C. I do live the grand diet (according to them). I really should stick with it but don't--partly because RW would not eat like that on a constant basis. Yes, I could do it myself (and have so I could lose weight and need to do it again), but I hate cooking period and right now I just don't have the time or energy to make two meals.

My plus is I do exercise but even that (with current events) has been cut down. Basically what I started this thread for is some good ole indoor exercises since it's going to be cold out soon.

Oh, I should add when I get back from N. C., I hit Steak n Shake and get a hamburger, fries, and a chocolate shake!!!
