Just make sure you have good batteries for it is the main thing. I don't have it bookmarked here but there are post on safety with batteries somewhere here on the forums. I use Samsung 25R that are good to fire at 0.3 ohms and not have an issue. Definitely read up on the battery safety though :)

I don't personally consider the Atlantis tanks safe, but I'll point you to the discussion here so you can make up your own mind:

If you're going to use it, I'd definitely err on the side of caution with the wattage to keep the cotton layer intact so the fiberglass isn't coming into direct contact with the coil. What that wattage will depend a lot on airflow, PG/VG ratio, etc. so hopefully others will have more specifics -- but I generally hear anything from 11-30w.

I am assuming you meant 0.3ohms right?
