Non Nico juice provides no throat hit. Although I have been told that there are some juices out there that will give you throat hit without the Nico. From what I understand Nico does very little long term to affect the body, However if it is something you want to do away with Im sure it will be like anything else your body has become accustomed to, it will take time. You would probably want to wean yourself down on the Nico in your juice a very small amount at a time. It may take a year of weaning maybe longer to get where you want to be, but with anything worthwhile in life diligence is the key.So if you want to use non nico juice, try the throat hit juices without Nico or wean yourself down slowly until your body no longer notices it.

It's all about what you get used to ;) Years ago I couldn't imagine drinking decafe coffee. When I needed to switch to at least drinking decafe part of the time it only took me a few weeks before decafe was just fine with me. :)

Same thing with no-nic juice. Yes, you will experience very little or no throat hit depending upon the juice. I do find different flavored juices do make a big difference to me as far as if its satisfying or not. Some flavors that are fine to me with a bit of nic in them just don't cut it at all without any nic in them. :( Other juices are fine with me without any nic in them. Having lost my addiction to nicotine a long time ago now its entirely my choice if I use a small amount of nic in my juice or not. I can only tolerate a small amount of juice with anything over 6 mg of nic in it today so none of the juice I regularly use has a strong throat hit. And yes, I did miss that a lot in the beginning but it didn't take long to get use to living without it. :)

How did you go about adding 3mg? Did you mix a neutral juice with nicotine with your flavoured liquid?

I don't do juice like most people. For the average vaper, you could get, say, a bottle of 50mg nic, a then it would take just a small amount added to any 0nic store bought juice that you've bought.

    Here's a good mixing calculator-

I was a menthol smoker and vape 33%vg menthol... sometimes mixed with another flavor but usually just plain and gives a good TH. I switched to it in the late evening because nic will keep me up just like caffeine does. I also vape zero nic if I get heart pounding, etc. I normally vape 12mg and it might give a slightly lighter TH depending on vg content... like 50/50 is light with some flavors and then I just add menthol.
