1. The USPS is known for not keeping tracking numbers up to date.
2. Yes, with the new rules that went into effect last August, companies are now asking for proof that you are over the age of 18. Some companies are using a 3rd party verification service, some companies are doing the verification themselves (in other words, asking for a copy of your ID).
3. As this is an international order, it's unlikely you will get any up to date information on the status of the order until it hits your country's postal service.
