Issue with my Buzz

First off, I love my Buzz. It is my primary PV.

Lately I have an issue that randomly occurs. My Buzz' LED will light up properly but not send a charge to the atomizer. It hasn't stayed in this state for a long period of time (maybe a minute), but it begins functioning again after a moment. Any ideas?

Pull the top cap off ( read the " replacing the Buzz top cap thread first !!!! ) and make sure the screw is tight . 90% that this is the issue.

Also if the center post on the atomizer or cartomizer is barely touching it will happen, If so you need to raise your center post just a touch.

Sorry about the delay in my response.

I tightened the screw on top it was loose (about 1/2 a turn), then the device started working. However, this morning it was having the same issue again. I have tried different batteries as well to make sure it was not faulty batteries.

Did you remove the top cap or just tighten the screw on top?

I removed the top cap, just as directed in the "replacing the Buzz top cap thread first" post Buzzkill pointed me to.

OK try this , there is a cross head screw on the side of the unit , loosen and tighten this several times , this is the ground for the IC controller and if it is not making good contact it will not work right , also make sure your atty is good

Same with the one on the cap that holds the spring on.
