Issue with Vari-Tube

Hey guys.. I am sure i probably just ended up with a defective one (and we all know it happens)

But my VariTube came in yesterday and it seems like te 510 connection was just for lack of a better term

"Too Big"

Everything i tried to put into it just kinda skipped the threading and wouldnt "Seal"

I took some needle nose pliars and tried to close up the connector a bit and it did help a little but it jut isnt right.. I sent an email to customer service tonight and im sure you guys will be speedy with an exchange but wanted to bring it to your attention here as well..

It is a great product and this one is usable but for example when i lay it down whatever connector/adapter/tank hooked up to it comes unseated..

Thanks again for bringing a fantastic product to market as it produces a TON.. and i mean literally WOW amounts of vapor.. Just a small kink with the connector on the one that i got in...

You can also log into your account, go to order history and print it off from there as well.

Well.. In a bit of a pickle now.. I had one of my employees take that down to the post office with the label you sent me but they didnt put the invoice in the box.. SOOOO you should have it come in in the next few days from Pontotoc Mississippi.. Let me know how we can sort out getting the new one shipped and identifying that one when it comes it..
