So most all of the people I work with have converted to vaping...Some have been experiencing what they could best describe as heart "mur murs" or fluttering fast...They have heard that was a side effect of vaping...I am writting this on the forum to try and get it de-funked because I have been vaping longer then all of them and have not experienced anything like that...Thanks in advanced

My first thought was also high nic content getting the heart racing. What nic content do these folks vape at? If nothing else, I'd just like confirmation that it is NOT high nic content.

Not a doctor either. :)

This is either a symptom of cigarette cessation or too much nicotine.

Start by going a lot lower on the nic and see what happens. Other minor issues people get are dehydration due to insufficient water intake especially during the transition, or intolerance to PG or a particular brand (change brands and see what happens). This is almost certainly too much nic though - exactly the same as if you oversmoked or drank too much strong coffee - and especially both together.

Starter kits generally come with 18mg strength liquid, but people are vastly different in their tolerance to and requirement for nicotine. There is at least a factor 10 difference between individual's tolerance to it. It means that some will need around 12mg or even 6mg rarely, but others need 36mg or more. You have to try it and see: use the lowest strength you can get away with that stops cravings, and has no ill effects. At certain times of the day you might need a higher strength. Also see:
