Issues with my tank :(

Sorry, I guess I'm confused. I see only four parts for this: drip tip, tank, coil head, base.

Don't you think this part(highlighted in yellow) looks like it can be unscrewed?

I fixed it! I screwed it into the VTC and took the top off first, then rescrewed my coil and got it working. Thank you guys all for the help nonetheless. <3
