Otherwise they for darn sure better issue a refund. It was $60 plus $5.95 for s/h! Not to mention a shipping notification should not be sent out if it wasn't actually shipped that would be fraudulent I would think :-/. I understand that things happen and would not be in the least angry towards them or slanderous in any way for recognizing they needed to take a break and refund orders that were placed recently. However, if they sent out shipping notifications and things weren't really shipped or don't offer and issue refunds that's very poor business especially for a company that states it wishes to be back up and running shortly. I am pretty bummed :-( I was very excited about getting my wraps and personalizing my PV's and pre-emptively ordered my matching tanks and drip tips. Sorry for the ranting/venting I am just very much an accessory girl in all things; purses, shoes, jewelry, and even .... retentive about my socks matching my outfits even if I am wearing off best colors I will search for matching socks or not buy the top I may want! Lol yes I know its a problem.. So now I am torn between going to JWraps (whose having a 30% off sale presently and honestly I would have shopped there first had I discovered them during my research initially) and placing an order so I can get my mods decked out accordingly and if the others ever do arrive simply holding them in reserve for a day I want change up OR just continuing to wait a bit longer.. I still have received no response to my email requesting explanation, though impatient as I am I do recognize its Saturday on a holiday weekend. There appears to be no date on their post on their page either but they have all wraps now showing as out of stock...
