It was on vape nw facebook page

Should have linked and/or quoted the actual text.

Instead your message was vague and indicated a major manufacturing problem.
Might have been as simple as one machine, during one batch run was out of spec and a few pieces per hundred were effected.

This is nothing new with new releases. What matters is quick decisive action.
joyetech recalled over 5000 eVic controllers from their first release. I was glad to see they stepped up.:)

Just got my first bad one. Pink 30w from VapeNw. I went to attach my mini Nautilus and it would only turn once before resistance. Took mini off my MVP and tried it. Same.

I purchased from VapeNW before, no problems. Even bought one of my first 20w from them back when they started selling them on the bay. My 20's are fine, no thread issues.

I emailed them and this is their response:

"We are taking back the defective units. We do not pay for return shipping. The manufacturer sent us bad isticks we are working to resolve this issue. Please return to me and I can refund you or send out a new unit from our next batch to arrive that has the fixed 510 thread.
Thank you for choosing VapeNW." Sincerely Ian, (phone number)

So, I guess I'm not the only one! I just thought I would put this out there. I would have started a post, but I just joined. (been lurking for months tho!

I am confused though, they still are selling them, so a guess it's just a few with this problem?

I'm so disappointed. Think I'll return for refund and wait awhile. It's not as if I don't have any gear.

Thanks for sharing your experience. In my ideal world Joyetech would pay for expedited return postage due to the defective product.

Wish I could help with your question but can only guess. Ian should be able to answer any questions you have.

For those who may have missed it there is a problem with the insulator on the Kanger SubTanks. They are reportedly changing the insulator on replacement coils but the full tanks that are in stock remain unchanged. Google "kanger subtank insulator".

ETA: Confusion as to rather it is replaceable coils or the rebuildable deck.

Issue found on the Kanger Sub Tank rebuild-able head with certain liquids, but the stock coils have no
issues.

That was my first thought too. My next thought was "On the other hand, I guess that's the risk we take when we shop and buy stuff online." <shrug>
