istick 50w clouper mini reading different ohm resistance. which is more accurate?

My istick 50w is reading my goblin at .6 and my clouper mini is reading it at .49. I don't have a resistance meter. Which one is more accurate???

get a Qtip and some rubbing alchohol and clean off the 510 connectors of the mods and the rda and see if that makes a difference... should be very close to the same -- so something is funky

Still the same. One mod must be more accurate than the other. Which one do u think?

I would _guess_ the higher of the two is the problem child but really can't say -- but you can test it -- put the atty on each mod and run at your typical wattage -- one will be hotter or cooler than what you're normally used to

I think i read on a post somewhere around here that the isticks readings were slightly off, but i dont own either one of those to tell for sure, i would go pick up a ohm reader and that would be a sure fire way to tell, if your building your own coils it should be in your tool box anyways, and btw good choice on the goblin, i love mine Happy Vaping!

I have 3 istick 50W. Two are accurate to the tenths place (0.656 ohm coil will read 0.7 as I would expect). One reads 0.1 ohm high. This is compared to my ohm meter and DMM. None of those will be accurate like a high end meter that would cost hundreds or thousands. Good enough for vaping purposes though.

This is one of the problems with running low ohm coils.

When you run a 2 ohm coil, a 0.1 ohm difference is no problem and a 0.1 ohm variation is pretty normal contact connection resistance.

Did you use something like the steam site to calculate your build ?
Due to needing to build close to the blocks on the goblin your build can be lower than you were aiming for due to the short leg length and steam starts at 5mm.
If you were aiming for say 0.7Ω then could be the 0.6Ω.
