So I just upgraded from a Vamo 5 to an istick 50w. Great upgrade, almost happy with it. I am finding though that the 4400mA at 1.2 ohms is lasting just as long as my Vamo 5 does with a 2400mA battery and the same coil setup.

How to I get into the menu to turn off the OLED so it does not light up every time I push the fire button?

When I push the fire button the OLED screen counts my time for the 2 second fire, then show that fire time for 3 more seconds, then shows the normal display for another 10 seconds. 15 seconds of the OLED display for almost every drag is a little much and very annoying, especially when it is cutting into the main reason of spending that much for 4400mA of power.

Thank you guys.

Can't be done. You get what you get with ismoka. At 1.2 you should be getting days between charges. I get 10 hours at .5 on my Vapor Shark at 25w and the battery is 1200 mah. Before my istick 50 comitted suicide I was getting 2 days chain vaping .5 dual coil at 30w. Check with your vendor about warranty. Most offer 60 days some as little as 30 but get it RMA'ed back for a replacement.

@TXBiker Thank you for your reply.

I was afraid of there being no menu on the iStick. It's such a nice box not to have that option. I'll be looking for another box maker for my 2nd travel mod, one that does not light up when I push the fire button.

If anyone knows of any way to hack the firmware through the USB on the iStick, please let me know.

thank you again.

Reason like that is why I like my IPV2, its a single replaceable battery so as long as I don't wreck the box I will have batteries to put in it. I also have a Istick50 (bought in a ECF co-op) and with a 1.0 ohm coil I can get at least 3 days of regular vaping before it needs changing. If your not getting the battery performance you should I would consider you might have gotten a clone since I've seen them in fasttech or a unit with a sour battery(s). I'd be askin where I got the Istick from a few questions about its authenticity.
