istick 50w problem

My 30w istick started saying atomizer short Thursday and no tank would work on it.i have had it for 5months.i took it to where i purchased it and we determined it was done.i bought a 50w istick that same day. Yestarday while driving it started fireing by it self it cycled prolly 10times the full 10 seconds. I pulled to the side of the road and removed the atlantis tank which was on it with pliers because i knew it was hott.after about 30min it started working fine.this morning when i woke up i pick it up and do the 5 click to turn it on and nothing happens it wont do anything at all.

Take it back to where you got it. They should be very familiar with this issue. I have 2 of the iStick 50W's and they work perfectly. Evidently you got one of the bad ones.

return it for a refund ... that thing is not safe with it's auto fire.

Does anyone have any ideas? Im hopeing my vendor will just swap me out a new one.i have been a loyal customer to her for 2years.and this is the 3rd istick ive bought from her . luckily i also bought my 1st mechanical mod yestarday. So i have a back up. The istick has always been a good mod.but im starting to think mechanical is the way to go. Im pretty disappointed.this is a expensive habbit/hobby.

Thanks for your replys.ive never filed a claim with eleaf and hopeing i dont have to.its hard for me to swallowthe 70$ i spent on this thing.i hope they honor it.

Many have reported that their iStick 50W started auto-firing. In some instances, they've exploded or caught fire. I suggest you return it and buy a different device like the MVP 3 Pro, the Kanger Subbox, the Sigelei 50W, etc.
