This post is aimed at the newbies or ones just even considering trying out vaping to get off analogs. I smoked for over 42 years trying to quit dozens of times. I tried cold turkey, the patch, Chantex and was never successful for more then 6 or 7 weeks. I was also always miserable and cranky the entire time I was trying to quit.

I was turned on to vaping by my son and was very skeptical going in. I was pleasantly surprised after starting that I was able to switch over and not have ANY major problems substituting vaping for analogs. It took a couple weeks to really be comfortable with it, but it quickly got to the point of where smelling other people smoking analogs, or even just walking past me after they had put one out actually smelled badly to me! I am now down to 6 mil and could probably go to 0 if I wanted.

Yesterday marked 1 year of being analog free for me and there is no doubt in my mind that I will not go back to analogs. I thank Smokeless Image for the support they gave me in both quality products and superior customer support. I would not have been able to achieve this with out them or this board.

Congrats BiXLL!!

I have only been vaping for somewhere around a month and a few days, and still cant believe I haven't touched an analog since. It is great to hear about people coming so far. I too get grossed out when I smell cigarettes now, and I used to love the taste and smell. Now it makes me almost throw up in my mouth.

Congratulations to all of you!

May I ask how Smokeless Image helped you out? Did you use a hotline or something? I'm just curious, maybe they could help me. I'm having a tough time. I bought my kit from a local vendor. It seems to have a burnt taste to it and I'm waiting for my bottom coil Clearomizer to come in. Until then I'm trying to work through it but I caved and ended up smoking analogs with my neighbors a few times. I immediately felt sick and it smells awful. I regret it. Onward and upwards I guess.

Congrats BiXLL.

My story. . .smoked tobacco alittle over 52 years. Took me 6 months to go "SOLO" Ecigs. Got concerned I was vaping too much Cinnamon. . .left it out of my next DIY Batch eLiquid. Vapin up a storm. . .found out 24 hours later I'd left the Nicotine out of that batch also! Decided who needs it? About a year and a half of 0Nic/0Flavor. . .Feb 6th I was taken to emergency hospital, (not vape related), kept me 22 days. Didn't take ecig with me. Feb 6th was my last vape. I'm living proof one can quit tobacco using ecigs. . .then quit ecigs. Now. . .can't stand being around smokers, don't mind being 'round vapers at all. Luck to you with your quit(s). JMHO

Cheers,
otrpu
