I knew what the vote was. And no different statewide either:

Claiming kids and teens have easy access to tobacco and electronic cigarettes, Assemblyman Roger Dickinson (D-Sacramento) is introducing a bill blocking people from buying both on the Web.

They're attacking this problem from the wrong direction. Execution of kids and youth caught using either would bring youth smoking to a halt quickly and bypass generations of this deadly pandemic.

Yes, I've already written to Dickinson a while back and will again. Pressure from Democrats is the only thing that could make a difference, since they know Republicans won't vote for them anyway, but in the end it all comes down to who's paying who.

True. Most Republicans voted against the 'restricting use and advertising' bill, re: ecigs.
