Please forgive me if this is a dumb question. I did some poking around the forum and didn't find a specific answer to my question. I have an iTaste MVP 2.0 and the manual says to stick to chargers that output 5v 500mA. I have several micro USB chargers which are either 5v 1A or 5.1v 680mA. Will neither of these work? I'm just wondering if I need to go out and buy yet another wall wart for travel. Thanks in advance for any help!

There are bunches of different opinions. Basically, the MVP will only pull as much power as it needs. I regularly charge from a charging hub that has 1 and 2 amp outlets and have never had any problems. There is no difference in the amount of time it takes to charge, there is no warmth while it is charging.

That's basically the answer I was looking for. Thanks amoret!
