I too would be interested to see what people think. I just ordered a VTR and am waiting for it to be delivered. I went with the VTR as I really like the look of the green one (which is what I got), and I also like that the tank is "recessed" and the fact that it goes up to 6v....The MVP looks very nice too though, so it was a tough decision for me!

The only thing I am worried about is that I have confirmed that I will be receiving a "first gen" VTR with the rotating 510 connection. Hopefully it wont be a problem (fingers crossed!!)

Exciting times ahead for you then, just earlier I watched a review on the VTR and agree am a little unsure about the 510 connection spinney bit, being a little loose. The model in the shop I was in had the Green version so I know exactly what your getting, happy vaping.

Yeah, I am pretty excited! I was given a tip to clean the spinning 510 connection with isopropyl alcohol and that should alleviate any funny business with coil resistance readings...hopefully that's the case!! I'm going to assume that I will have no issues, but we shall see!!

Can't speak on the MVP as i just got my VTR tonight in the mail and i like it (People ain't lyein the thing is a brick it just replaced my lock in a sock LOL) and when i ordered mine i was told it was the spining one but when i opened it it's the fixed one so i'm happy as a clam

Very nice!! Yeah my seller said that he was fairly certain that he sent me the spinny one, but he also said he could be wrong....I am hoping that he's wrong and that I get the fixed one!! I am not going to return it if it's the first gen though....Who knows, maybe I won't have an issue!

I have the MVP2 and have been very happy with it. The VTR has replaceable batteries and also a wider range of vv/vw settings. It all comes down to what you want. Personally I like being able to just plug the MVP in and not have to mess around with changing batteries. Although it would be nice to be able to carry a spare battery and swap them out and instantly have a full charge again. Also remember the MVP can also charge accessories with a USB cable, which is a big plus. Honestly I don't think you could go wrong either way, especially if you get a VTR with the solid, non spinning, 510 wheel.

To be honest, I have had my VTR now for about 3 months. I have the one w/ the wheel that spins and it really isnt a huge issue. A couple of spins to the left or right usually fixes the non problem. I do think you will be exceptionally pleased w/ either choice but I like the fact that I dont have to carry another mod around, just a battery. The only thing that I can say negatively of the VTR is if you get into RBAs and RDAs you will have to use the 510 adapter extension and it looks kinda funny. Oh and it is heavy, but I like that.
