I just purchased an itaste vv v3. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I just have a few questions.

What type of accessories (tanks, cartomizers, etc) can I buy to have a better hit (more vapor, smoother and not as harsh). I currently use the I clear 16.

I purchased two bottles of 11 mg liquid and another bottle was given to me by a friend. The two I bought seem to much harsher and not as thick of a cloud while the one my friend got me is smooth and thicker. What may be the reason for this and what are some liquid brands and flavors that can get me the hit I'm looking for?
Thanks

I know everything about innokin stuff:

You may fire as low as 0.8ohms on this items. (if you don't know what that means, you will eventually so relax)

So the question is: how messy are you willing to go? Tank systems like a Carto, Glassomizer, Clearomizer are simple fill N go stuff.
Do you want to build your own coil and wicks? Building a good coil and wick is a very satisfying vape but its an even trade between ease and fuss

Learning to build on your own isn't easy for everyone. Best thing to do is go to your local brick and mortar store and ask to learn.
Watch youtube vids if you're shy and think you can figure it out just by watching. Different coils require different adjustments to get it right. in general anything "can" fire on your new battery as long as its not under .8 ohms.

as for your juice question no one can answer it specifically because you didn't give enough info.
So I imagine many people will take a guess at whats wrong.
Its not enough to just know its 11MG.
its also important what the PG/VG blend is as well as if its a premium juice.
Some stores are shady and import/rebrand china juice. Which often are not FDA approved.
As a noobie vapor stick with popular brand names until you know who you can trust.

Hey gragas
I can't really recommend juices as I'm in canada and relatively new to this as well, so don't have the access or experience to say " buy this"

E-liquids are made up of PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerine) plus some nicotine and then flavours.
What I can tell you is that some folks have intolerance issues with higher percentages of PG in their liquids. I use a 70PG/30VG and don't have issues, but depending on your ratios, it could be related to your complaint
The nicotine will also provide a "throat hit" that ex-smokers are looking for (along with the nic of course), so that could be adding to your discomfort starting out.
Higher levels of VG lend to the plumes of vapour you're seeing from your friend. Are they using the same juice? I'd guess the one he gave you is higher VG (50/50 or higher?)

Echoing Pegasus, there's no shortage of toppers or accessories that will work with your vv3, and varying ( sometimes passionate) opinions on each of them.

Try and keep it simple starting out. Read the forum threads and definitely visit a local store with a flavour bar ( to test juice and find a flavour that makes you happy) and staff who are willing to talk with you and not just upsell you. If there's a couple of people in the store, even better! I've found as much or more info from people in the store as the staff, and while everyone has their favourite rig or mod, most all remember starting out and what you need to get you going comfortably.

Your vv3 will handle any stock topper (and atomizing coil) comfortably and give your more flexibility in flavour and plume than most start with so you're already ahead of the game. Bring it with you to the store and hopefully the staff know enough to walk you through the settings for a fresh tank of juice.

Best of luck!

Thanks again.

Watched your videos and they were very helpful. Might go and buy that glassomizer from Davide.

As for the juices what are the reputable sites i should buy from. Was checking out mt baker vapor.
I was gonna buy one flavor with various different pg/VG ratios and see which one I like.
If youre buying 2 different flavors of eliquid from the same company with the same pg/VG ratios will the hit (throat hit, amount of vapor) be the same? Im wondering because I don't want to have to buy 4 of the same flavor with different ratios to see what I like.

I use mtbaker vapor. They are pretty good if you dont get extra flavor shots. Blue moo is highly regaurded by many ppl around here.

It is often reccomended to start with 50/5O ration and the. You could adjust from there.

Even if getting different ratios of pg/vg i would choose different flavors, i suggest stearing clear of choclate and coffee to start. They have longer steeping times., tobaccos can be funny too.

Mistereliquid is another one of my favorites tho pricier than mtbakervapor.
