fright, I tried to put a needle between big and small cap of Ithaka and it goes inside very easy. I didnt put it vertical but diagonally and it had too much room there. I also made a sample of a mouthpiece with 2 cuts but the way I put needle, those cuts didnt help me more.

Hi everyone,

Had my #2588 for a few days now and after a few initial troubles with big flooding, I have managed to get a great vape from the Ithaka. Stunning bit of kit I must say.

I'm still getting a little juice through the centre pin in to my Provari, which is worrying, but I'm hoping to solve that by opening up the secondary tank (I'm hoping the holes in the ceramic aren't aligned already) on my next coil build.

I do wonder why that option is there though. Can't think of a reason why you would want it closed?

Quick Question. After I build my coild and then screw on adjustable feeding until I can't see the o-ring, I then screw on the base and then do I leave the rebuilable where it is because after I screw the feeding into the base the rebuildable can be screwed in alot more. do i keep screwing rebuildable at this point or leave it where it is? Also I am using a single coil at 1.6 ohms around the 2 wicks in an X. Will I get more vapor going with a dual coil set up?

Thanks,

Chris

Ry, I saw the pic where the plastic nut was on the center post. You put it there in purpose just to take a photo or you always put it like this while you vape?
And the insulator that is between ceramic housing and center post still works?

You mean the tiny plastic washer on the center post? If so, yeah, that is where I put it when building. Is the plastic washer the insulator you're referring to, or am I missing something?

You have to screw the rebuildable till you feel resistance so it doesn't leak.

Thanks, So I do keep screwing past the oring once the base is on until I feel resistance. Also, Are we lubing o-rings like we do with all GG tanks and GGTS?

Thanks!!

I didn't get your point. Screw the base feeding around the rebuild able until you reach the positive oring. Then screw both. The screw some more the rebuild able if there is still room.

Ithaka has thin o-rings, so no reason to lubricate them black. But if you do that you will extend their life

Thanks. I'm running a sigle coil around two wicks right now at 1.6 ohms on a 3.7 14350. Wondering if I went Dual coil X config if I would get more vapor? I have feed control open to both ceramic channels.
Also, I forget the procedure for making vapor hotter or colder.

Thanks to all,

Chris

blackwater will get plenty of vapour and with single coil , but dont worry to setup this machine , you can get what ever you want (taste-vapour-hit)....really great atomizer.
