You know ... I personally use 2 Ithakas. One has zero leaks, gurgles, or whatever. The other "sweats", beads up, and drips some. Today I saw a video by Bishop and saw him place a 2x2 oring into the cup. That beading ithaka is torn apart right now after a good clean. Of course this negates what imeo was trying to accomplish with the upper nut notches lining up with the holes.
I also have shorter top ceramic nuts I haven't tried yet.

I'll be trying both methods soon enough. Maybe the smaller nut first to see if that does it. Because I can see the oring definitely working.

Watched the video, does make sense. I was lured to the Ithaka after trying out the Terminator-C, and I always placed a small o-ring on the bottom of cup (inside). If it was tightly screwed, it didn't leak, and was wondering why the Ithaka didn't have one. I'll give that a try too since I did order an extra set of o-rings.

Yup. that's the vid. Hard to find on the phone. :)
And while watching it, the thought came to mind "well, that makes total sense. Many were looking into their CT or their 510 post on their mods and not seeing juice on the positive post while scratching their heads.

I KNOW that would do it. Again it makes sense. But I'll probably try the shorter nut first just to see what that does.

Thats my thoughts the last days Houm. I want to build Ithaka with air control but in a different way so it can be as small as it would be withour air control. I will send it as an update to Ithaka owners
@Imeo
Do you plan to make 510 connector for Ithaka without air control so we can use it in mods which have built-in AC?
I have two air controls for nothing if I use any other mod than GG and it also increase height of whole atomizer.
Thanks

Imeo, what can I say which has not already been said about the Ithaka?

I received my Ithaka, yesterday. Sir, all I can add is a warm and sincere, "Thank you".

Prior, to receiving the Ithaka, I had thought that I had the best delivery devices available. Well, I have corrected myself and pleased to do so.

With all the gurgling issues being mentioned, I solved that problem on my ithaka. Not sure if it works for everybody, but the problem went away when I inverted the tank and filled it upside down.Imeo had a quick video showing this I also didn't cross my wick n coil just ran them paralell to the channels. I don't know if that added anything to the case, but no gurgle no leaks. Thanks Imeo.

After many attempts on setting up my Ithaka, finally I got it working, NOW, NOW, I'm happy with it. I'm still very disappointed that I had to take out the burr on the ceramic housing. I would think that at this price point, an end user don't need read countless of forum posts to find out that there's a burr that needed to be cleaned up. I've successfully set up many kinds: genesis, RDAs, penelope and I started to doubt my set up skills and wasted silica and pre made wires because of this "burr".

Imeo, I took a break, today, and watched your Ithaka Youtube #40 video, with regard to using 2-3mm silica wicks less 1 strand each.

I did just as you had done on the video and I ended up with a 1.5Ω coil, which works extremely well on my ProVari Mini 2.5 and my mech mods. I also changed to the smaller ceramic housing nut, as well per your suggestion.

Well, I need to get another Ithaka, now. This one is staying on my ProVari.

Thank you for spending the time in making the videos and offering different ideas.
