Been using the Just GG / Ithaka for a couple days now and it's awesome! Didn't realize how bad 510's sucked :)

Problem with the telecope tough...leaking like a seive. I realized I should try to put a second small o-ring on the mouthpiece but I can't for the life of me get it on there. Tried for about an hour last night and just could not get it on there. Any tricks?

Any chance for a non-telescoping extended size mouthpiece sometime in the future? I'd love to run 8 or 9 mL...

Keep up the great work Imeo!

I made the long version of Ithaka with the two extra upper body caps and put the telescope in it. Even when fully closed I was getting a really bad gurgle through it. First time I've had a gurgle on the Ithaka - never had a problem at all with the standard size and solid mouthpiece. Checked to make sure all the caps were tight and they were. Liquid was up to the top of the refill cap. Mouthpiece and air control were fully closed during filling. BF was closed. Also made sure to close the small cap very carefully and slowly.

I blew it out like you showed in your video through the air ring (with mouthpiece closed and the GG inverted) and that cleared it. Then with the mouthpiece still closed after one or two draws started gurgling again. Cleared it two or three times (after each gurgle and it was clear for a few seconds) then it came back. Only one o-ring in the top extension of the mouthpiece...figured that's where the liquid was coming in. Had a telecopic mouthpiece o-ring replacement kit and tried to put an additional small o-ring on the second slot (bottom slot) of the mouthpiece but just could not manage to get that o-ring on there.

Emptied and cleared everything again, went back to the normal length by removing the two upper bodies. Put the regular mouthpiece in and everything went back to normal (no gurgle).

If you have any other ideas please let me know...especially how to get that !@#$% little o-ring on there :)

Just got the telescopic mouthpiece myself from my awesome wife. Only one oring came with the mouthpiece, I moved it to the bottom oring position seems to give some better grip. I don't have any other orings that size, tried 3x2 but to big. Gonna test it out in ody medium mode. Really excited about it as I have never used ody in medium mode.

Thanks all for the well wishes. I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon and liver cancer last month. Between two surgeries and chemo putting me back in the hospital, it's been a long road (seems like). But I'm keeping a positive attitude.

Was planning on purchasing a new Ithaka with the upgrades and my first JustGG, but medical bills changed all that.... Ah well.

Dan, I am praying for you! Positivity is certainly part of the cure. I am sorry you are going thru this.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!!

Can use all the good thoughts and prayers! According to my oncologist, I have less than a year with treatments. I plan on at least doubling that number, not ready to go yet!

I will try to make a video about it Cac. I cant explain it with words

I've tried to put the o-ring on with needle nose plyers, two very small screwdrivers (to try and stretch it over the hexagon)...just can't seem to get it on there. If you have any suggestions as to how and what to use I'm all ears!

If you are really positive there no reason to be worry about anything buddy. I am sure that you got sick because you were anxious of doing things
