Has anyone tried using Mad Murdock's Radiator Pluid in their Ithaka with clear window? I know that Murdock warns not to use Pluid with plastic windows, only metal, so I'm guessing that Pluid may etch or destroy the window. I do know that Pluid will soften o-rings and cause them to lose their shape. I also wonder what Pluid would do to the plastic pieces on the rebuildable part.

I've been using hollow ekowool. But I ordered 2mm threaded and 1.5mm hollow. Gonna try both and compare.

Who did you order your ekowool from? I've ordered from Kidney Puncher without complaint. Also got some from eBay. Always looking for the best price/vendor.

Also, those that use ekowool, do you torch it first like Nextel?

Imeo do you see any issues with the plastic parts on the rebuildable and Pluid? Are those parts delrin?

From the DuPont website, describing Acetal Resin Delrin:

"Delrin® acetal homopolymer bridges the gap between metals and ordinary plastics with a unique combination of creep resistance, strength, stiffness, hardness, dimensional stability, toughness, fatigue resistance, solvent and fuel resistance, abrasion resistance, low wear and low friction".

Makes me think that Delrin pieces would be OK in Pluid.

I just ordered from OKC Vapes. I torched some ekowool and it got real stiff. When I pulled it, it came apart. So I'm not too sure on the proper torching method for ekowool.
