it is sub but tomorrow I will start making the new Penelope as you know. I will do that when I will start preorders for previous GG items
So I have gotten my 510 Ithaca base stuck on a ghost modder stealth cap. I his e tried to heat and freeze with no luck. Tried to use rubber gloves for grip, I'm out of ideas and do not wish to damage either part. Any ideas?

my advice is to use original equipment
Go to auto parts store or hardware store and get a strap wrench. It's a plastic handle with rubber strap that tightens & gives you leverage to turn without causing damage or marks.

hole of all atomizers and GG atomizers too is at 1,5mm Sha. Now I made it at 2mm. 0,5mm more is too big for air and if new Penelope didnt have air control then mouthitters wouldnt be able to vape it.

Well i wouldn't go so far to say all Chinese atomizers are designed for mouth hitters, that's just not true... case in point would be the Dream atomizer (made in china) knockoff of the kayfun... see the stock holes on there? They're about 3/32 - try to mouth hit through that, its impossible like you said... The Forge atomizer also has adjustable airflow, wide open it's about 3/32... the playing field is changing a bit.
I understand why you would design an atomizer for mouth hitters, it's because probably 90% of the e-cig population mouth hits. But my point was: if manufacturers can make adjustable airflow, why not make them to a size that accommodates lung hitters too? It won't effect the device, the 90% of the mouth hitters out there could just adjust the hole to the smaller mouth hitting size and then everyone is happy.
That was my point, wasn't taking shots at you imeo, i still use mouth hitting devices too like ithaka, like my kayfun, like my rsst, etc. In fact the Ithaka's design sold me - $200 later, I still don't mind mouth hitting through it, even though my preferred way is direct lung. Sometimes direct lung hitting isn't cool in my cubicle at work because I can produce 2x the vapor doing it that way, and sometimes you need to be stealthy
I was just saying that lung hitting is becoming popular amongst people in my local area (southern california) with all the dual coil / sub-1.0ohm vaping. I plan on doing some drilling this weekend with my friend's dremmel to try and figure a way to expand the Ithaka's airflow - I plan on posting a video or the dremmel process and also before and afters.

I turned basic feeding on today to see what it was like. i get a gurgling sound and a more airy draw. while i like the convenience of having it open, i dont think ill continue to use it this way unless i am using heavy VG juice. the hit is less consistent it seems.
