Where are the cracks starting? If it is down towards the nut that holds it in place I would say you might be over tightening it.

As for the center post o-ring coming out the base you are over tightening or you have the wrong size. Try not to crank it down so much just till you feel it give some resistance.

The first one was broken around 1/3 up from the bottom, the second one was broken in 3 pieces. Im sure that the oring was due to over tightning and that i dint use vaseline. So my guess is that i may have torch it to much, if its even possibel.

In my opinion there are a few reasons for this. More than one wrap at the pos post, some over tightening of the post and housing, possible oring replacement from being worn.

With that said, some will say that you end the brass post to straighten it out I don't think that attacks what cause it to begin with. Next rebuild you may be off center in a different direction and that bending, I personally don't care to keep bending it over and over.

So two options. Straighten it by bending or try to identify what is causing it if possible

All I did was take it apart to put a new build in, put back together and now off center. Left it at home, had to use a protank.

center pin is long and the only that keeps it in place is the upper center post nut and 2mm of the ceramic, thats why it goes off center. But its a very easy fix. Of course there is no real reason for a fix but if you want to see totally straight, you have to align it Cooper. And the only reason to disassemble this piece is to change ceramic once per..... who knows

Ithaka produces that OohhhhMyyy!!! Effect for me every time I install a new coil!!! Ive grown very fond of the x setup wit a piece of wick in between the coils. What's your setup I want to try something new. Ive ran single coil diagonally dual coil parallel and in x pattern with and without a wick stuffing. No sub-ohms yet I'm afraid to damage the plastic parts since I have no replacements yet.

You don't need to apologize I knew what you meant brother :). That's why I just responded like normal. It's funny though because I believe it was in an earlier discussion that I got the idea to bead blast from Idaho so I kinda got a little laugh out of it.
