I hope you solved your problem already, if not try step by step.
1) There are two types of Stealth Caps. One has a floating pin, the other has a screwable pin. The floating pin can be moved by screwing the telescope as mentioned above. The screwable pin can be moved with a screwdriver (from above) or with hands (from below).
I guess you have the screwable one - screw it so that the pin comes to the top as far as possible.
2) Now try a atomizer that worked before and see if your GG fires.
if it does you can now adjust the screw so that your atomizer sits flush on the cap and vape on.
3) If not check the switch. If it is adjustable, then it might not make contact. You might want to take the Engraved tube and see/hear that the pin makes contact. BTW - if you have a mulitimeter then you can relatively easily find the point where the circuit is broken.
if the switch doesnt have contact then adjust it so that it makes contact.
4) if it does, well - do you have a fuse built into your axis? If so check the fuse spring(s), if they have melted then replace them or like said above, just remove everything that sits in the axis (either a spring, or the fuse bold) and go on with the pure axis.
5) I hope you are able to vape now - if it doesn't work now then either your atty is broken or I dunno...

Good luck!

P.S. 6) I did not read anything here but I think you are new to GG and got your device via the customs? It might be that your contacts are totally dirty. You can clean them with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Brush them until they are shiny again. (Contacts means, all threads, the body of the axis, the connector bold in your stealth cap and the switch housing and pin).
Bishopheals made a video about this - you might want to check it out on youetube.

P.P.S) I use flat top batteries exculsively since a long time.

P.P.P.S) Just in case - confirm that your battery is fine in another mod, multimeter or so...

I hope some of this helps!

Finally got the Ithaka working flawlessly. Tore out the silica and ran:

Dual coils - Crossed @ 1.5 per
Two strands SnC yarn per coil - trimmed the top legs flush
Running the AutoFeed w/ juice control @ null
Slammed the Vanilla Custard in the tank

Bam! Clouds of juicy vapor!

Mouthpiece gets a little warm still if I pull back to back. Haven't figured out what I can do differently to cool that down. I'm, obviously, new to the GG.

The new smooth Ithaka Brass CR looks like it does not have any threads. It almost looks exactly like JGG CR (appox 5.10mm). Is the Ithaka Brass CR same size as the SS CR (appox 6.95mm) and does it have threads?
I noticed that too. It's probably just a pick of a jgg ring. Ithaka's will have to have threads.
