Thank you fright my old friend:)
Yes, wires have to have same ohms on dual coils
Got my Ithaka today. Great replacement for my Ody. I do have to make 1 negative coment. I like almost all of the connection changes. I love the looks and the dual channels. I think I would have prefered the posative wires to be secured by a nut like on Ody though. I have accidentally pulled the wires off the post a couple times making small changes and while it is easy enough to stuff them back in a nut would have held them a little better. That said I am very happy with my Ithaka.

I do have one question though. My first build was great but ended up higher resistance then I wanted so after 2 tanks I rebuilt. my second build 1 wire light up much before the other. As a matter of fact the second wire would only light up if I held the button for a long period of time. So I rebuilt again and I got the same reaction. I am guessing this is happenind because one of my coils is slightly lower resistance then the other. Can anyone confirm this by chance?

imeo, you should be on a vacation right now. you must have the biggest headache from looking at the computer screen all day. you will not offend anyone if you take some time to go and relax. your commitment to your products is obvious, but we dont want you to get overworked, we need you healthy for future gg constructions. take a vacation buddy, you deserve it

Thank you very much Jag! I really tried very hard with Ithaka and I am so glad that I managed to make you feel surprised even if you were an Ody user already:)
Got my Ithaka today! :)

Imeo, I must say you have out done yourself! I thought Ody was the best, but Ithaka has surpassed it!

I am glad I got a second one!

Again Imeo you have reinforced my loyalty to GG!

copies made their miracle Jaz lol. Thanks again my friend:)
As you know Imeo, I've been vaping on an Ody imitation (Terminator) which *was* the best vape I'd ever experienced. Move over Terminator, the real atty as arrived! I thought the Ithaka would be worth the money. Now I KNOW it is! I'm very impressed with the overall quality craftsmanship and performance of the Ithaka. Imeo, you are a Master :) Great work! my other atties have nothing to do now :)

Since I don't want to risk breaking the plastic window, I've replaced it with the main tank of one of my Terminators. Now I have long a long mode Ithaka :) I can tell Nr. 1566 will be keeping me happy for years to come! Thanks Imeo!!!

Thanks a lot Danks my friend:)
If basic feeding is not enough, you use liquid control , no problem
Received mine yesterday, #55 woohoo! Another amazing piece from Imeo, there are so many options with Ithaka.

Set up a basic dual coil last night, ran them parallel in each channel, the included wick was pretty thick so it was easiest this way. Vaping it now on my GGTS! Really nice! Think I may need to lower the ohms a bit though for a bit more oomph, been used to my Penelope @ 4.2v on a Provari.

Question though - When using the auto feeder does anyone also use the liquid control? I find while the auto feeder does the trick opening the liquid control a bit as well makes a nice difference. I'm thinking this is because of the thicker wick and/or the juice I'm using?

Thanks a lot for your post wer. I too have report that on a previous post of mine but your pic makes things more clear:)
hello!
Stuck on page 242 with reading - some problems with short-circuit (as also seen in daves video) and some hints.

In german ERF-forum some users also reported shortcuts or temporarly shortcuts. One user found out what was the reason for his problem:

Sometimes it happens, that there is left a little (moving) span/chip on the inner side of the groove on the thread where the plastic nut is screwed on the ceramic housing. This burr could sometimes touch the center post and cause a short-circuit between centerpost and ceramic housing.

So if there are users who have this problem check if there is any small metal burr on the inside of the groove and remove it

I hope the drawing helps to imagine where this could happen.

ahaha, then I agree buddy.
Once you understand what wire goes first and what comes after you need only 2 mins to make it work.
Imeo, it may be simpler that in you don't need any tools, but I had to watch a couple videos just to figure out where to put my positive and negative wires, so in that regard it's not that simple. :)
In a simple atomizer with just two poles sticking out to put your wires in it's quite a bit easier. :)
But I see you, once I got it, it was easy. :)

yesterday I had a headake so big that I was ready to hit my head on the wall jeff. But I am ok now, thanks for your concern:) But I had to thank you one by one. I dont like to say just a "thanks" to all of you. Everyone deserves a special treatment and thats how I would like a person to treat me.
In 1 week I have to go to my village for Easter. I will be in touch via an internet cafe near to my house:)
