I made clear window thin to make it capable for more juice. I could make it thicker but then I thought: Why to make it thicker when we will lose a lot of capacity when clear windows will be always available and they are cheap too? I dont know if you agree with my thought

Your right, I figured it wouldn't be worth it, personally I think it won't absorb the shock and get damaged even if you make it 0.75 mm thicker by making it 18 mm instead of 19.5, which would reduce the volume with 0.6185010536754896 ml, which is a lot. I shouldn't be dropping it in the first place.

Its been 2 days since I made a tight wound Imeo coil, I just did my first dry burn, its still working well. Normally a second dry burn follows within 24 hrs of the first. The third is not long to follow the second. Maybe this tight coil will be different, I'll post a follow-up as they occur.
I refilled completely tonight with zero flooding/gurgling. BF closed. Screwed on top cap with Ithaka upright no problems. Next fill I'm going to try leaving BF a little open but invert Ithaka while screwing the top cap.

you were very close to the reality twitt. We would lose 0,5ml, so the capacity would be 3,5ml instead of 4ml. Its a lot of liquid if you agree

And I think that I found the issue with the very small gurgling on Ithaka. Its the center post upper nut. Its a little long. If it was smaller then the gurgling dissapears. I put Ody's center post top nut on Ithaka and its ok

I will wait to pass judgement till I see a finalized version but I have to say I think I like the original one better. To me not having to turn it to read it is more astetically pleasing. Although I am sure I will still want one lol

Imeo, I may agree with you on the center post upper nut being too long and causing gurgling WHILE VAPING, and I think here's what's happening: when we push the botton, the coils make the liquid BOIL and turn into vapor. some of this liquid jumps and splashes all around the coil and I think some of this liquid goes into the center post air hole. I wanted to shorten this nut to see if it makes any difference, but I was afraid, because I did not have a spare one. I thhink it would be a good idea for you to try a shorter nut and see if it works.

for better side. Easy exhale in mouthpiece eliminates any gurgling
