Yeah, that happens too. Just keep an eye on COV's sub forum for announcements on the next run or next Imeo atty. On the plus side, I think the first run of the ithaka was almost as many as all versions of the Oddy, so after this second run, there will be enough out there where the pirce should be ok on the used market after a bit. Takes a bit of patience but Oddy's and Penny's can be had at decent prices.
I'd watch the kayfun thread for availability as at least the last time it didn't sell out instantly.
