• Well I got this Joye kit about 6 months ago.. And after the first month or 2 it started to hurt my throat.. The hits were harsh, hard to pull, and it just wasnt enjoyable.. Well as a new years resolution Im gonna try again and just got a freshly charged battery and a new LR atty.. No sore throat and the hits are good .. if the atty isnt cleaned could that have been causing the harsh hits and hard pulls?

Anywho, Im glad I got back into this , but now I need more attys and liquids, and I lost all my bookmarks I had from back in the day, .. I have marlb blend now ( 36 mg ) which I think is way to much for me.. I smoked 1 pack of mediums per day, so I think the next Ill try is 16-24 mg.. So if you guys could all help me out and give me some links ( ID search but Im exhausted and just wanna go to bed and order everything tomorrow AM .. ) for the best places for liquids and attys that would be awesome.. .

Its good to be back and vaping again!!and Hopefully dont have any issues like I did in the past

HI Mj79! Welcome Back!!
So my LR510 attys get hard to draw on when they're clogged....once they're clean they're almost good as new. So that may be part of it. I also saw you mention 36mg nic....and I agree that it is probably too high. But then its hard to say...I started at 12 which didn't work at all for me so I upped it to 24mg. That worked for a short time, but as time went on the hits grew harsher and harsher. So I backed down to 18mg and over time that became too harsh for me. Now I'm vaping somewhere between 12 and 16. So your needs will probably change over time and with mood. I have several mods and I keep one loaded with a higher nic for those just in case moments. I think your idea to drop the nic level is probably a good one. You may also find in addition to harsh throat hit, a peppery flavor in your mouth when vaping and I think that is your body telling you that your nic is too strong. But I could be wrong. I've been vaping since last march and analog free since late august. I hope you find your happy vape....

Best liquid....Backwoods Brew without doubt. Many agree with that assessment, but you can decide for yourself. Read some of the many reviews on flavors.

I was a ppd smoker and 18 worked well...i use the 24 for the tough moments when I'm craving. I would probably get both if I were you.

Yea I was thinking about getting 24mg for the more "flavored" ones and 18 for the standard tobacco ..
