I really believe this all boils down to a person's stress levels, chemistry, environmental stimuli and a whole host of other factors. These factors vary from person to person. I was given strong advise when I first started to vape, to break down and have that stink stick if the urge got real annoying and so forth. I just guess I am one of those bull headed types, because when I very first started vaping, I quit smoking cigarettes right on the spot. I am certainly no "hero" or anything like that. In my case, I firmly believe that I had such a desire to quit death sticks, that no pain or withdrawals in the world was going to stop me. My point is, we are all different in a lot of ways. Individuals with individual needs. As others have said, I would just quit at your own speed and certainly not beat yourself up if you smoke a cigarette here and there or just whatever. In my case, about all I can really say here in total honesty, is the more I craved cigarettes, the harder I leaned on my vape unit. Everyday that goes by, it just keeps getting easier for me and I am sure the same thing will happen with you. Good luck on your journey and pack some faith around >So I have been sucking on 18ml for two days but I still have this feeling...
