I happily quit cigarettes 8 months ago with a simple joyetech e-cab. I wasn't smoking that much when I quit but I had been doing it for a long time and I was feeling the cumulative effects of smoking. I say 'happily' because it was easy for me to do. I say 'simple' because it was so straightforward to use the primitive little device.
Now I have a much more powerful Mod that uses up three times as much juice and creates three times as much vapor. I was led into it by this forum. It's the equivalent in smoking terms of firing up several large cigars a day (much healthier I know) but still it has progressed to the ridiculous.
I am now attempting to re-adjust to my little e-cab and become happy again with much less.

And now that I build my own coils for my 2 Kayfuns, an RSBT, an ARO Pyrex, and 2 Mini PT II's, oh and a Caterpillar RDA that I don't use much... there's just no comparison. I realize that not everyone needs or wants or would be physically able to learn how to do this, but once you find that you *can* do it, you get to experience a much more intense vape, which not everyone wants either -- that's why I don't use the Caterpillar much, the TH can just about kill me if I'm not very careful.
