we need to find some very responsible people to maintain the farm, make sure they dont get out.... and besides most farms die out in 3-5 weeks anyway. :)

All it takes is one, as they self replicate, good at hiding in plain sight, and are impervious to logic, they do however seem to need copious amounts of media to feed on. However like camels they can go long streches between feedings, also like the african mud frogs that wrap themselves in mudballs between rains (sometimes years). when fed they turn out like a plague from Biblical Egypt.

I'm not sure what FDA report you mean or how it would affect you in Northamptonshire anyway. I'd be less worried about the FDA and more worried about your brother's ignorance, since cholera is a water borne disease and it's the UK and EU regulations that will soon be strangling you.

This is what Nicholas Ridley had to say about it in the House of Lords.

I haven't read on to find out if there is a new FDA report but to answer part of your question - In 2009 the FDA tested some samples from companies that no longer exist and found allowable trace amounts of chemicals that "shouldn't have been there" in just a few samples. That report is still the reason for Argentina to have a ban in place. ¿Qué son los cigarrillos electrónicos? So, yes an FDA report can have far reaching and long lasting effects.
